Yoanna Waalders & Martin Wiggers
Yoanna has experience, over a period of more than 20 years with many property sales and has restored many properties and a farm herself. However, she has her professional back- ground in quality (ISO, NEN), knowledge & contract manage- ment. Her business roots have been developed as a manag- ing director of international service and human capital management contracts in the shipping industry. Yoanna has too many passions to mention like history of arts, architecture and ethnical & social sciences. |  | | 
| Martin (BSc) has a technical background on design main-, tenance & facility management of mainly (new build) industrial buildings, including land de- velopment and international service & contract manage-ment. He has over 10 years of business management expe- riences overseas and through- out Europe including Italy. Besides this Martin is really passioned by innovative and authentic architecture. |
It has already been a couple of years ago that we decided to follow our dream. With the foundation of DASOGNARE the greater part of this dream has come true. Within our concept, we combine our skills and experiences with what we really love to do. We are also inspired by the people we meet who are full of dreams and spot the given opportunities and have decided to make them come true as well.
The heart of DASOGNARE is to inform and support these (coming) entrepreneurs and property buyers. It is absolutely great to help people with the start-up, takeover of expansion of their company, the search and development of property projects, the findings and restoration of authentic property or to bring together groups of buyers to participate in endeavoring projects.
It is of great importance for us that we hence use our local network and that we combine our regional knowledge with our international building, developing, negotiating mediating and service providing experiences. |
Yoanna: "Martin really loves his sports. For years he com -peted on a high national level track and field, long & triple jump and 110 meter hurdles. He played rugby and is now still regularly skating, cycling, running and experimenting other sports. Now he feels sorry for the lack of time for his guitar and keyboard". | Martin: "Yoanna was born and raised on a farm and still loves to develop a real "Orto" and grow lots of different delicious veggies and herbs and preparing extended, superb meals with these ingredients for a party of people. Her list of references on this is really endless. Just as on the wall paintings she made". |
