Rules & regulations
With Hot Property we offer estate agents and private persons a platform to promote, present their offers and to extent the market on the sale or long term rent of property. You are invited to present your property for sale or long term rent (longer than 2 months) in Italy. Your presentation is valid without a limit. You are obliged to inform us in case you have received an offer (“Proposta”), in case the preliminary purchase contract (“Compromesso”) has been signed and after the final deed (“Rogito”) has been signed. The status of your project is added in your advert. After the sale, the advert will be removed. Those who offer information are responsible for the quality and the content of the information. DASOGNARE will directly forward leads to the stated owner/seller or intermediate. The presentation consists of a description and a maximum of 5 pictures. Photographs need to be *.jpg or *.gif files not exceeding 50 kb. Publication will be generated within 1 working day after the receipt of your payment. You are only charged € 25,- excl. VAT for one (1) presentation. DASOGNARE will appreciate, upon your request offer you specific digital sales promotion flyers. The brochure will include 8 digital pictures with text up to max. 1000 signs. DASOGNARE deserves the right to remove improper adverts.
Document safety label (DSL)
DASOGNARE has, based on their experiences developed a safety label (DSL) on behalf of their customers and future buyers. An object will only be DSL certified when verification has been declared on: Land register (registration of property, buildings and mortgages) Accurate payments of local taxes and levies
The DSL will ensure you dealing with the proper persons and that you’ll possess the required documents in an early stage of the property purchase process.
